Really great post! The one thing I would want to add is a caution to go for happy food replacements only (as opposed to merely “tolerating” the change because you’ve been told its healthier). It's really important to get weened off of sugar gradually, but if you don’t enjoy the changes, they won’t stick.
Experiment away — I love the options above! Move to healthier choices you enjoy, even if they aren’t the most healthy choice you can make.
