Really interesting read! I’m personally opposed to health trackers (I care about internal measurements more), but recognize many others find real value in them. I love the breakdown of the causes.

Regarding heavy workouts, if you do those regularly, does this reduce the level over time, as your body adjusts, or are you saying you think more than one heavy exercise per week negatively affects your resting heart rate overall?
