I often like to go for a power walk with my dog first thing in the morning for just this reason — it really does seem to kick start my body’s metabolism. I do find myself absolutely craving for protein and carbs when I’m finished.

Hi Antonio, totally agree. To effectively assess social good environments, there needs to be a body of knowledge developed. This requires multiple organizations working on this over a period of time. Again, this goes right in line with the idea — a collaborative approach toward improving a region’s social good ecosystem.

Hopefully my health journey can give you some ideas, but if you are choosing a gradual change approach toward getting healthy, choose one thing — food, movement or lifestyle. Find some small change that you can integrate into your daily life — that if you did, would make a positive difference for the rest of your life.
