Sounds like you’re on the right path! It really is a change in process. In my case, I stopped getting in a crazy “change now” mode, but ended up with a mindful approach toward thinking about how to move forward.
The best advice I can give is to just choose one (food, movement or lifestyle), and then experiment with integrating it into your life. This changes the pass-fail problem to more of a “does this work this way? If not, what about this?”.
