We are Hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our Emergency Assistance team.

We are hiring a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Operations Coordinator to join our Emergency Assistance team. In this role, you will be the first-point-of-contact for clients calling to request advice and assistance. You will work closely with our medical and security teams to coordinate the best possible assistance for our clients.

Responsibilities: 
- Respond promptly to inbound calls/emails
- Obtain & evaluate all relevant information to handle/assess inquiries
- Input relevant information into our internal management system
- Act as liaison between client and various departments
- Communicate with medical and security professionals
- Obtain Medical Records as required
- Provide translation of documents English to Spanish & Vice Versa
- Coordinate international travel arrangements 
- Process credit card/financial information

Qualifications:
- Previous emergency/crisis call center experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish or English & Portuguese
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer and Data Entry Skills
- Efficient Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Energetic and Motivated
- Physically Fit
- Former military is a plus, but not essential

Rotation: Days/Nights
