Dear Katie Zhu,
I really, truly see no problem with this filter. The only reason you find it offensive is because you want to find it offensive. There have been filters featuring old white grandma’s and hippies, but no one has gone up in arms over it. And you can use the “logic” that states as I am a white male I just can’t feasibly understand the oppression that his weighs on you, but unfortunately it just won’t work for you this time. My grandfather, who is the stepfather to my mother, is Chinese and I grew up in a very Asian culture from the ages of two to around five. Three of my cousins are half black and half Chinese. So I’m very aware of the different cultures and their separate identities. Seemingly identity politics to you has enveloped your very existence to the point where a Computer Generated cartoon/emoji lights a fire in your heart. Please, I beg of you, grow up. If you really want to help in issues of culture and race move to a third world country where racial tensions really due exist prominently and are responsible for many horrific disasters.
Thanks,
NorthernZeros
