Save time, start with these high-earning side hustles
#1: Flipping Antiques
I love Asian art but most of all I love Chinese art. In my own opinion, art investments have a better rate of return than the stock market. The key is to buy low and sell high in a short period of time or use the item as a long-term investment.
Also important is having authentic items. A lot of art is faked.
“Anything that is worth something, is going to be worth being faked,”
I paid $150 for one of my paintings of Calligraphy by KANG YOUWEI and the realized price was $8750.
The KANG YOUWEI painting was worth way more than what it was sold for. Paintings from KANG YOUWEI sold for an average of $20,000 upwards to $721,023.66 (in today’s conversion). I sold it at the wrong time (July 2020). I’ve had other decent sales in the antique realm.
