Dinovember @ the Nuvango HQ

It seemed at the time, as many ideas initially tend to, like a good idea: inviting some dinosaurs into our humble abode for the month of November. This group of ten is far from ordinary, you see — they’re not just any dinosaurs, they’re art-loving dinosaurs. “Perfect!” we thought. “The more the merrier!” we imagined. It’d be just like summer camp, a bunch of artsy dinosaurs staying for a month-long residency.
We rolled out the red carpet and welcomed them into our HQ, greeting them with huge smiles and camera flashes.

We got to know them as individuals and chatted about their artistic tastes. Auguste loves Brian Despain’s creative steampunk robots. Claude, a quiet soul, prefers the more serene nature pieces by Ivy Jacobsen. Leonardo is fully on Team Lawrence Yang. Still a kid at heart, Pablo is like a kid in a candy store when it comes to the work of Jeremiah Ketner. And Raphael? He has the biggest crush on Camilla d’Errico.
Diego thinks he’s a certified badass and much prefers Brian Viveros’ grungier style. An aspiring portraiture painter himself, Johannes greatly admires Anna Dittmann. Edgar can’t get over just how cool Scott Listfield’s astronauts are. A huge fantasy fan, Wolfgang is obsessed with Kelly McKernan’s art. Oh, and we can’t forget Eugene (we’re constantly forgetting Eugene) — he’s Audrey Kawasaki’s #1 fan.
So anyway, here we were, chilling with the dinosaurs and having a good time. We told them to make themselves comfortable, mi casa es su casa, the whole nine yards. Then everyone got back to work, assuming that our newest friends would treat our home they way they’d treat theirs — respectfully.
Then this happened:

A few of them finished off the joe, and they didn’t make some mo’! You can’t even begin to comprehend the sheer devastation our resident coffee-addict developer experienced when he went for his afternoon mug of alertness-inducing brew.
We’re having a serious crisis here. The dinos have started a rampage, leaving the Nerdery upset in their wake. Send help. Who knows what other trouble they’ll get up to next? SOS!
