As the weather warms up and we set foot into summer, growers in allotments, gardens and vegetable patches up and down the country, will be sowing, planting and harvesting their brimming plots. Often, these plots can yield a bumper harvest and a glut of fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs can sometimes get on top of a grower, leading to wastage. Well, It doesn’t have to be this way! Check out these OLIOers’ who are growing their own, and sharing their own.
1. Rosemary is a cancer-fighting, brain-boosting powerhouse of a herb. Good on spuds too…
