As Kent Lewis observed in a recent article, this trend opens up completely unprecedented opportunities. The number of people who make product purchases on the toilet is 20% in the U.S. As an omnichannel, it will connect to many of the technologies you mention in your article, including AI assistants, wearables, and VR.
