About the ORIGYN Utility Token

OGY is the native token of the ORIGYN platform, which provides the utility of access to the platform where ORIGYN certificates are minted, referenced and transacted. OGY is necessary to create and transact certificates of authenticity, the core service of the platform. Tokens are also required to vote in the governance of ORIGYN.

OGY Pre-Registration

As a foundation, we believe the global community should benefit from early access to the ORIGYN certification protocol and the utility token of the ORIGYN platform.

This round is capped at 100,000,000 OGY utility tokens in total, with individuals limited to 3,333,333 tokens per participant. For a limited time, individuals have the opportunity to pre-register for these tokens at the same price as our large institutional partners, and tokens will be vested for 36 months from the day of issue (1/36th released each month).

Pre-registration for this event will begin on October 6, 2021. This will occur through a new webpage on the ORIGYN Foundation website, which will be available on October 6th at 15.00 CET / 9:00 a.m. EDT / 6:00 a.m. PDT.

Pre-Registration Steps:

1. Visit the pre-registration page on the foundation website. This webpage will be available starting on October 6, 2021 at 15.00 CET / 9:00 a.m. EDT / 6:00 a.m. PDT.
2. Click on the “pre-register” button and enter the requested information and the desired number of utility tokens. Please complete all of the fields on the form, including the CAPTCHA by providing the answer to a simple math question.
3. Wait for a representative from ORIGYN to reach out to you for next steps.

After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirming your submission. One of our representatives will reach out to provide more information and to discuss KYC through KYC Spider or to inform you that pre-registration capacity is full.

• Tokens are vested for 36 months from the day of issue, with 1/36th released each month over the course of 36 months.
• KYC and AML are required to be considered whitelisted to receive tokens at the token distribution event. Pre-registration is not complete until these steps are taken.
• The estimate provided at pre-registration will be determined by market price on September 27, 2021. The final conversion amount will be determined on the date of sale.
