Patrick Pichette to step down from OSI board, Chris Chambers announced as new chair
Patrick Pichette is stepping down from his role as Chair of OSI and leaving the board to focus on his other international commitments.
Chris Chambers, a long-time OSI board member and investor becomes Chair with immediate effect. Commenting on the news, Chris Chambers said:
“I would like to thank Patrick on behalf of the board and team at OSI for his work and the great support and encouragement he has given the company over the last year. He will be missed, but I know he will remain a great friend and supporter of our work.”
Patrick Pichette said:
“I wish to thank management and the Board for the opportunity to serve OSI for the last year and look forward to the company’s next phase of growth.”
Chris Chambers has been an OSI Board member since 2015.
In addition, Chris has been at the head of 9 companies and currently occupies the positions of Chairman at Leonteq AG and Chairman of Lonrho Ltd. He is a member of the Board at Swiss Prime Sight AG and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
He was previously Chairman-Supervisory Board of MONETA Money Bank, Vice-Chairman at Cembra, Non-Executive Chairman of Pendragon Plc, Head-European Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse, Non-Executive Chairman at Jelmoli Holding AG, Chief Executive Officer at Man Investments, Managing Director at BZW and was a member of the Board at Berenberg Bank AG.
