One is a boss and one is a leader. Interesting fact: they’re actually identical twins who were separated at birth.

As I’ve discussed in my exclusive talk, “The Pillars of C.L.A.M.,” leadership can make or break an organization. We need leaders, not bosses. The difference between being a leader instead of a boss is massive. How big? Some estimate it at 278% or 3.5x year-over-year.
