What do you get when you cross Pride weekend, the Oakland Public Library, and great summer programming? Drag Queen Story Hour!

Hundreds of Oaklanders gathered together in celebration of Pride and our beautiful diverse city on Saturday where drag queen Black Benatar read stories, sang songs, and celebrated lgbtq and multicultural families and identities.

Looking for fun this summer? Check out oaklandlibrary.org/summer to play summer games and learn about other exciting summer events.
