Talking about it helps too, discussing the thoughts and feelings with others that feel the same way, it somehow eases the pain.

Thank you Minna Von Walden. I agree here. Once I started to speak out about it I started to be able to heal those wounds.

I mentioned in my story that the “Be a Man” stigma had very often led me to ignore the pain. Soldier on put on a fake face.

About the Surviving Together, I would be happy to. I am not really sure the technical aspect of it, but I am sure I can figure it out with my google-fu.

I am planning on writing another few pieces about my struggle. I hope that I can help someone out there who might be suffering today.

It was revolutionary for me to hear such simple words as “stop putting yourself down.”

Such a simple thought, yet so far away from my befuddled mind.
