I have to deeply disagree with your chart’s attitude toward FOUT. With web fonts, you have a choice between FOUT and FOIT. If you honestly don’t think there are UX problems with both, you should spend some more time on this aspect of the web font issue.
Also, web fonts don’t look the same on all platforms. They look more the same than two different fonts on two different systems, sure. But you rely on the browser which relies on the underlying operating system for font rendering. Two different systems can and will have perceptible differences in rendering.
