The Alamo invites children ages 8 to 13 to Camp Alamo this summer. Camp Alamo will immerse kids in 300 years of history, including the Alamo as a mission, the 1836 battle, cowboys, ranching and more.

This early 1800’s statue depicts San Antonio de Padua, the patron saint of San Antonio, Texas. A descendant of a crusader and son of a soldier, San Antonio was born in 1195 in Lisbon, Portugal. He joined the Augustinian Order at age 15…
