Corporations, insurance or any other limitations on personal liability make a free market impossible. Until you eliminate all of those, any talk of free markets is just people’s greedy attempt to eat their cake and have it too. Adam Smith is rolling in his grave. Every limitation on liability requires government regulation by definition. In this case, I understand the government picked up most of the tab for the research.
