This is such an important topic that we as Nigerians choose to ignore and it’s so sad. The only mental health legislation on Nigeria is the “lunacy act” and I assure you it’s as crude as it sounds and it was enacted before our independence. I really hope we fix this nonchalant attitude to such a serious matter, really the change starts from us, especially we Nigerians living in Nigeria.
