Introducing a new Lighter Living series, Meet your Concierge. They are the friendly faces who pick up and deliver your items, and process, photograph, and store them all with care. There’s no Omni without this crew so we’re excited for you to get to know them better!

First up, our first warehouse hire, beer growler enthusiast, and songbird extraordinaire, RG:

Hi! What’s your name and what do you do?

I’m Ryan “RG” Galligan and I manage Omni’s Concierge team which means I do whatever’s needed to keep things running smoothly — some days I’m a Concierge, others I’m processing items and making improvements to our facility.

What are your go-to truck tunes, Ryan?

I listen to an unhealthy amount of Dave Matthews Band, a lot of folk, and The Beatles.

Do you have a favorite item in your Omni account?

I love my vintage 1970’s San Francisco tourism brochures I found in Nashville at the shop where they film the TV show American Pickers. They were discovered in a private investigator’s home, buried in a collection of items he had gathered over decades of cases.

What’s the best thing about Omni?

The unlimited amount of on-demand closet space Omni provides means you can be a hobbyist again — whether that’s biking, camping, or hosting dance parties in all the extra space freed up at home.

How do you recommend new members get started?

I always say, use Omni for the things you know you want to store (luggage, guitar, etc.), but also try giving us a few things you don’t use but haven’t been able to part with. Store them for a month or two and then decide whether to bring them home, keep them in Omni, or have them donated.
