Having to take so many becomes tedious after a while. I tend to go on shopping sprees for vitamins too at least once a year, and I will normally buy my favorites, but more often than not, I pretty much use them until they run out. Rarely do I ever go buy more unless I actually experience that the supplements I bought actually worked — this is almost always hard to prove, but there are some that are more prominent than others. I also try to seek out products that are “all in one” which make things so much easier.
The products that I keep buying:
NOW MCT Oil: http://amzn.to/1UBI9KX (high in fat)
Spectrum Essentials Decadent Blend Chia & Flax Seed, 12 Ounce: http://a.co/0xLceUw (who could go wrong with Chia, Flax, Cocoa, and Coconut all in one?)
Superfood Protein Shake- Respect Protein Milk Chocolate: http://a.co/2FLYONs (whey protein)
Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood Powder, Chocolate: http://a.co/ddIqLj9 (there is an “adult” version of this, but either one will give you some great nutrients. this contains the best essentials when it comes to nutrition. taste is delicious as long as you mix it with some type of chocolate whey protein. as far as ingredients go.. definitely good though they could certainly up the potencies a bit (https://www.amazinggrass.com/store/media/catalog/product/g/s/gsf-nutritionalfacts-org.jpg
Berberine+ GlucoDefense Advanced Blood Sugar and Cholesterol Support: https://www.drwhitaker.com/berberine-glucodefense (self-explanatory — helps with blood sugar and cholesterol)
I suppose we all have our preferences, but it is always good to experiment and see what supplements do for our own bodies. With the exception of the last one, they all get mixed into my protein almond milk shake. I also occasionally will buy 100% cacao powder (http://a.co/1mBYcee) and occasionally maca powder (http://a.co/84v6ppA) and add a tablespoon of each, which adds a pleasant flavor to the shake.
If you are ever feeling daring, the things on my own list are quite affordable and are worth giving a try for your health.
