Making what people want isn’t enough. You have to share it.
John Wheeler

I actually have the philosophy: “Build it for yourself, share with others.” Everything I have done, I have always just built it because I have needed it and found a use for it. I have then always shared it with others. In a way, it is totally selfish, but I’m not disappointed if no one uses it because I use it! Why waste my time developing something I would never use? If other people use it, great! If not, I’m still using it! Confessions of the Professions was my first website dedicated to understanding jobs, careers, and the workplace. I shared it with others, who loved it and understood the vision and also shared it themselves. My very first PHP project, MyPost, proved it was a very true philosophy and fortunately, hundreds of people are using it.
