Twitter’s staff has also knowingly allowed Rob/Unseen Perfidy to engage in targeted slander campaigns against people he dislikes. They left his account active after receiving reports with linked evidence that he was using their block system as a shield behind which to try to hide the fact that he was asking his followers to heckle his targets and false report political speech with which he disagreed. He was targeting Jack Barnes when Jack’s family (including his 5 year old daughter AND HER SCHOOL) were doxxed. 
Other AVFM staff have had similar, though less dramatic, experiences with him. He seems to have a particular hate hard-on for Jack.

Twitter has never responded to reports of Rob’s behavior toward others, but they have temporarily suspended some of the people he was using their system to heckle and false-report. He’s a prime example of the reality that the site’s “safety” tools are not applied without bias.
