A NFT project with a twist..

GM degens,

I am thrilled to announce my first NFT collection of 1/1 glass art; 13Ncoils.

These unique NFTs will each reveal one of 133 numbered and signed glass pendants which can either be shipped to you, or collected locally at my glass studio in Troy, NY, at NFTNYC, or the Avalanche Summit in Barcelona

Once the limited run project mints, there will be a 3 day period to allow for any secondary sales. After this grace period, there will be an automatic reveal of all 133 NFTs.

Upon reveal, the 13Ncoils NFT will feature a brief 360 degree video of the exact pendant to be able to be claimed.

The metadata will describe the size, weight, colors, and any special qualities of the glass like UV reactivity or containing precious stones like tektites or opals. *No pendant will exceed 1.75"(4.5cm) diameter.

Each unique glass pendant will ship in numbered, transparent packaging which allows for immediate display if they are not being worn.

The automatic reveal will determine which pendant is attributed to which NFT, however the rewards don’t end there. Once you enter the dedicated web portal to claim the NFT and choose either collection or shipping — there will be a further reveal….

There will be a selection of chains available — some containing precious metals. The ratio of each type of chain will be revealed pre-mint. Those lucky enough to bag a gold or sterling silver chain can choose between redeeming the chain, or its equivalent value in Avax (EDIT: we opted to drop the precious metal or AVAX equivalent, and instead add more “legendary tier” custom painted display cases, this will be discussed further in Part 3)

I want to be clear that as far as the 13N coils project is concerned, this is not an investment opportunity or something that presents any value beyond the exchange of goods for the relevant created artwork.

That being said, I intend to use the power of the blockchain and the ease of interaction and shared rewards to further the benefit of being a 13Ncoils NFT holder — even after the pendant has been redeemed.

I will not reveal at this moment what plans I have for the future but as this is something of tremendous importance to me, and keeping in mind that I am fully doxxed within this community, I am merely trying to live up to the ethos of successful projects that underpromise and overdeliver.

So what’s next?

I have a lot of work to do to handle the engineering side of things, getting the web portal established for claiming, creating the smart contracts for the mint, and choosing a marketplace for that mint. There are still considerably more pendants to make, photograph, and NFTize, but none-the-less I’m pushing myself towards a mid February mint, in the hope that despite any unforeseen circumstances the mint would go ahead by March.

This is a very limited mint of 133, and with the amount of time and effort that goes into each individual coil and the cost associated with production, packaging and shipping, my goal is to make certain that anyone who genuinely WANTS a 13N coil will have the opportunity to get one.

My goal is also to make certain that there is plenty of opportunity for all kinds of degens, from the flipoooor to the apreciatoooor, so a small amount of over-subbing will allow for these plays.

Inclusive of this will be 50 exclusive Guest List slots which will be awarded. These will deliver a guaranteed mint, available only for one-half hour before the allow list of 100 is opened.
