Messups today: gave an embarassingly poor presentation at lab meeting (poor choice of paper, pleadingly justifying the poor choice, presenting shittily, not being able to answer things I know on the spot, forgot my charger). Forgot to attend the macH4H exec meeting. Brought wrong binder to study. Binged and purged
