OpenCryptoTrust discussed the revolutionary way that they are transforming the telecom sector through their innovative blockchain solution, at an event in New York recently.
Paul Peru from OpenCT addressed the audience with an introduction to the company and its robust, high performance, hybrid blockchain platform at Rise in New York City, on March 9. The event was also open to interested parties via a live webinar, and the executive team addressed the online and live audiences virtually from their offices around the world.
Throughout the course of the two hour presentation, the OpenCT team discussed their vision to be the first company to provide a blockchain solution that is specifically focused on the telecom industry. To date, OpenCT has developed two “killer apps” to solve problems that exist in this industry:
- False or impractical bandwidth market valuation
- Significant delays (30–90 days) in provisioning
- Poorly implemented security and encryption
The result is improved services as well as significant cost savings for telco consumers.
