Excellent article as always! I think this also applies to parts of your business, not just mowing the lawn. No way a founder can juggle everything at once, from sales to product or accounting. Also how many sales calls/meetings can one person take. If there’s two people, instead of one, doing sales the result should be at least double. And if you get someone else to do paperwork while you’re signing up new clients that’s going to multiply your revenue.
