Great read, it’s a long read no doubt but definitely worth your time. I certainly believe that there are multiple ways to build great teams that are happy and healthy, but a happy and healthy team doesn’t always correlate to a productive and profitable team! There has been this phenomenal trend, especially in companies run by millennials, of this anti-hierarchal approach to work. Personally, I love division of labor where everyone knows their place in a sense of scope of duty. Too much friend-boss can result in an assumption of lowered expectations.
