This is not new knowledge. Everyone knew it from day one.

  1. LN is most likely to be used for micro transactions.
  2. Anyone can start a “banking hub” without asking for permission. That helps censorship resistance
  3. LN is going to offload a lot of load from main chain and it helps us buy the coffee with bitcoin. This will free up a lot of space in the main chain for other solutions
  4. LN is going to be just one of the main solutions. Expect side chains to come up which will offer more capacity and features
