Postponing Otcrit’s main token sale
After meeting with many other startups, founders, and investors we have decided to alter our business and funding strategy.
The Otcrit project received a positive feedback from the Asian community since its members have been a subject to a lot of fraud in the crypto space. Many of them wanted to see a fully-functional platform and more development progress before they feel comfortable investing in the company.
This is why we need to change the official token sale date and move it forward in 2018. Doing this will give our project a lot more time for development and marketing.
Our team is also in the process of re-writing the Whitepaper and business plan while launching new platform features and looking into different types of funding opportunities.
We are confident that our decision will push the company in a direction that will ensure the long-term success of Otcrit.
This move will benefit our current investors because it will give us more room for improvement, growth, and the opportunity to acquire the necessary capital to achieve our aims. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the ICO should take place in Q3 of this year.
