WRT to electronic signing, we go a step beyond Docusign and the likes by letting our users sign with a cryptogtaphic private key (in the form of a 12-word secret passphrase) which is securely provided to them when they created their “persona” on blockchain, and using blockchain as the irreversible, tamperproof ledger of signed transactions. We hope that with the increased acceptance of blockchain technology incl. from regulators such as MAS, we can see this “digital notarisation” gain acceptance. As far as the workings within the Pte Ltd go, the good news is that shareholders can agree amongst themselves to use the keyphrase as a way of signing, so at that level the validity of the private key signature is not contested.
