Many visitors who come to Taiwan will notice one thing - the density of mountain is quite high, they can see the continuous peaks of the central mountain range no matter which town they visit. There are many aspects and different things to see in various peaks, one that stand out is the Guanwu National Forest Recreation Area.

The name Guanwu stands for “observing the fog”, so it’s pretty self-explanatory, this area is known for the fog hanging around the peaks of Shei-Pa National Park. Our tour starts from Taipei, and we will take a two hour drive to Hsinchu. The tour begins with Yulun Trail and Kuaishan Big Trees Trail and get inside the mountains, see the breathtaking view of fog lingering on the hills and enjoy this wonderful hike!
