Promoting the integration of young people far from employment through impact entrepreneurship

PULSE is launching its new European project E4NEETs to promote the integration of young people far from employment through impact entrepreneurship!

The objective of the E4NEETs project is to strengthen the skills of professionals working with young adults considered as “NEETs” (Not in Employment, Education or Training). To do so, the project will develop training tools for these professionals so they can better inform and guide youth toward impact entrepreneurship.

E4NEETS is a project led by PULSE, in partnership with Belgrade Open School (Serbia), the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Spain), the Local Mission of Marseille (France), the National Youth Council of Macedonia (North Macedonia), AVITEM (Agence des Villes et Territoires Méditerranéens — France) and Plateforme i (France), as associated partner.

The project will last until December 2023 and will be organized in three different phases:

  • The “creation phase” to define a common a framework for the support of NEETs and their awareness of impact entrepreneurship, to develop training tools and techniques on social entrepreneurship for the staff working with NEETs, so as a pedagogical booklet on the project addressing policy-makers and company executives;
  • The “testing phase” of the various training tools with counselors working with NEETs to adjust and improve the tools before deploying them more widely
  • The “dissemination phase” to spread the training tools with an open-source approach and to raise awareness among institutional partners and company executives about the challenges of integrating NEETs through impact entrepreneurship.

E4NEETs is funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
