Beach Season starts soon. Want abs?
When I do “core workouts” that typically means I am doing something full body and having to engage my core to work efficiently. However, I’m not everybody. Here’s a quick core workout that will have you sweating and shedding. Do this 1 time through as fast as you can. I’d recommend 2–3 times a week as finisher to your workout.
- 10 burpees
- 50 situps
- 10 burpees
- 50 v-ups
- 10 burpees
- :60 front plank
- 50 toe touches
- :45 side plank (left)
- 50 crunch punch with feet 6 in off the ground
- :45 side plank (right)
- 10 burpees
