I like your recommendations. In the sense of “teach a man to fish…” it might be good to let people understand more about *why* these recommendations make sense. You inevitably end up with the topic of understanding complexity. The consequence is that people can then adapt and enrich these recommendations to their specific situation. And build their own model of how their Agile, their Lean and their Design Thinking fit to the respective function, and make them interact at the interface.
