Reflections on the COACT symposium
For the past three days I have been participating in a symposium on the complexity of interactions arranged by the University of Oulu. In…addition to participating, I presented about the work our design team did about two years ago: a language of gestures on a mobile operating system. Although I was completely out of place, the presentation went ok and it actually gave me what I wanted: chance to talk to people who see things from a different perspective. There were helpful analysts looking forward to brainstorming about where to take this next, and an invite to visit the University of Helsinki and see the touch gesture work…Pami Hekanaho2 min read
