This lifestyle isn’t for everyone, but it’s something I can see myself doing for a few years. I’ve heard that the community thing is really important when you’re working and traveling in random locations, so that’s why I wrote this article. I also wrote it because it’s fucking insane story and it deserves to be told. We just heard that a friend of a friend bought the house having no idea what happened to us, the previous renters. Our mutual friend sent my story over to him and I can’t imagine how he feels right now. But that’s another reason to embrace this lifestyle. As long as you have a steady income, if you don’t like the place you’re in, you can just pick up and leave. Renters and homeowners don’t have that luxury.
