I love Atom, but I just switched in the other direction to Sublime. Why? For the same reason I just switched back from Chrome to Safari on my Mac: all that Chrome-based stuff sucks HUGE amounts of memory, cpu, and, most importantly of all for me, battery life. I lose an hour or two of life when I use them, on the regular. Really wish the Atom crowd would fix this.
