The CAF Cycling Challenges

An expert in medical prosthetic and orthotic devices, Paul Leimkuehler has served as clinical director of Milwaukee’s Physio Orthotic & Prosthetic since May of 2016. In addition to his considerable professional experience, Paul Leimkuehler has volunteered at various charitable prosthetic/orthotic organizations. One of these organizations is the Challenged Athlete Foundation.

As part of its mission to help people with physical disabilities pursue active and fulfilling lifestyles through fitness and competitive athletics, the Challenged Athlete Foundation (CAF) supports regular cycling events in California. CAF Cycling Challenges give fundraisers the opportunity to ride alongside the physically disabled athletes that they are benefiting.

CAF Cycling Challenges range from the one-day Meredith Brooke Kessler Bay Area Cycle Challenge to multi-day events such as the Back to Back NorCal and the Million Dollar Challenge. The outdoor CAF Cycling Challenges feature incredible scenery including the peaks of Gibraltar and the rolling hills of the Sonoma Valley, and all events offer full ride support and premier accommodations.
