I underestimated the challenge of #blog365. Having produced 123 consecutive posts before accepting this challenge seemed like a good warmup. I was wrong. Reflective writing is a whole different ballgame.
What I’ve found is that writing reflectively has continued to teach me things about myself.
Here are some of the early lessons I’ve learned.
There are times when I like to process and reflect alone silently.
Taking time to make decisions is a good thing, as time permits (of course).
I need to carve out time at the beginning and end of each day to relax my mind and body.
I need to be a better guardian of my time.
Sometimes, there are no words and that is perfectly fine.
