Paul Panaikas Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Fisher College

Paul Panaikas is a talented, intelligent State Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters. He has been associated with headquarters since the year 2006. He conducts inspections, staff assisted visits and provides reports and briefings. He provides direct guidance and support to Army National Guard Soldiers and their families to overcome adversity, and minimize risky behaviors and suicide rates. In addition, he is also responsible for managing the funding model to provide pay, travel, and per diem for the soldiers attending MRT training. He has resided in Taunton, Norton and Easton, MA.

Mr. Panaikas has worked as the Director of Client Relations at Radiology Diagnostics, LLC. He created sales tactics and relationship building techniques, designed e-mail marketing plans and sales ads utilized in publications. In addition, he also worked developed a company website with web developer and improved and organized client handbook. Paul Panaikas completed a ruck sack march (Army National Guard) in the Boston Marathon in April 2011.

He is pursuing a Masters in Human Services-Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University, Lynchburg. He started this course in January 2014. Prior to this, he completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fisher College, Boston, MA July 2008. From the same college, he received an Associate’s degree in Science in 1997. In addition, he also attended the Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, TX for a Diploma as an X-Ray Specialist. A diploma was received from the Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson in Human Resources. He is a very intelligent professional who has received many awards and achievements through his career. He won Joint Force Headquarters NCO of the Year and holds the Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is very proficient in Microsoft office tools such as word, excel and power point.

Paul Panaikas is an also fitness enthusiast who loves taking part in a variety of physical activities. He is a current member of American Legion. Mr. Panaikas has belonged to the American Legion in Boston, Norton and Easton Massachusetts. His hobbies and sports of enjoyment are running, hiking and biking. In addition, he also likes attending religious services.
