Paul Panaikas Is Working As a Resilience Coordinator

Paul Panaikas is a veteran who resides in Easton, MA. He is the recipient of Joint Force Headquarters NCO of the Year and Army Physical Fitness Badge. Being an educated professional, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Associate’s Degree in Science from Fisher College. He attended Army Education Center for a Diploma Master Resilience Trainer (October 2010), Account Management (October 2007) and Human Resources (October 2004). In addition, he also received a Diploma as an X-Ray Specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences.

Mr. Panaikas coordinates and circulates various policies for National Guard administration and management. He spent twelve years (i.e. from 1999 to 2011) at Radiology Diagnostics, LLC as the Director of Client Relations. He fulfilled all his responsibilities to the best of his abilities. He designed sales ads, improved and organized the company client handbook. In addition, he also designed email marketing programs, developed company sales tactics, and established sales and relationship building techniques. Paul Panaikas was the Parade Marshall of the Easton Memorial Day Parade, which was scheduled on May 26, 2014.

At present, Mr. Panaikas is working as a Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters. At Headquarters, he manages, coordinates, and conducts resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, Resilience Trainer Assistants, a Soldiers and families. He also manages and tracks projected and completed resiliency briefings and training of subordinate units. It includes monitoring production rates against annual mission and end strength requirements. In addition, he is utilizing and qualitative and quantitative measures for analyzing and ensuring effective implementation of the Resilience Program.

Paul Panaikas is a true humanitarian. He supports various organizations, and is a member of Lion’s Club International, American Legion Post 7, Historical Commission, Holy Cross Parish, and Immaculate Conception Church, Easton Massachusetts.
