The asynchronous model seems to really be gaining attention the past couple of months which is great. I think this model will be the de-facto communication construct between patient and providers moving forward. Once challenge will be how we integrate with current workflows and differentiate between a (paid) telemedicine visit like the ones we do at www.mydermportal.com and routine communication messaging (refills, questions, etc.)
