The judge dismissed the suit without prejudice and other posters indicated they could refile if they get legal representation which understands the basics of the federal court system.
That the primary system is rigged is old news. The influence of special interests has had a long history in the U.S. Both the Republican and Democratic parties have these issues.
Trump was able to overcome the opposition from within the Republican Party by running a very non-traditional campaign. Like Sanders, Trump has not always been a member of the party he was nominated by. Setting aside whatever thoughts you have about the policy positions of either of these candidates, it should be encouraging that both of these outsiders were able to garner significant support despite opposition from within their parties.
