The Human Experience

Here we are in a period where user experience and customer experience decides the life of an idea, product and the company. In the streak of providing user/customer experience, the ground rule of considering user as a basic human is lost. I just want to highlight on this grounds that we are not machines.

We are using various channels for approaching people and building personas about them. In this process, people are treated as objects and are being fed with the designs that are bound to principles that speak about user experience. Some where down the line, there is a thin line of difference between the User eXperience and the Human experience which i am talking about. For me and according to the knowledge i have, Google Material design does the job of providing human experience which i am talking about.

Humans are species on earth who are uniquely adept at utilizing systems of symbolic communication to exchange ideas and make life. Hence creating something for humans need deep study of the human in self and understand their senses and their reactions for outside world actions. Every reaction that we showcase for human action will make a great impact in the experience. The point i am making here is to have a human connect in the experience which we are providing the user. Below example shows you how a touch on a button gives meaning to the human action.

Every touch should make sense in the design which we create. That is how you respect humans when they use your design. That seamless experience matters in every walk of life. Here we are in 21st century seeing awesome changes in technology and fast moving world. We humans advance everyday with various thoughts, experiences and implementations. Every design should have that human connect which provides meaning to the actions that we do.
