Integrate your website sales/orders with Quickbooks the easy way !

Hello everyone

We are currently working on integrating Website sales through any portal (shopify, Magento, Wordpress , Your own portal etc) to Quickbooks.

This is how it would work !

We will provide you with a “Order button” that can be generated for all the products and services on your portal.

The below image shows how the order with PayorCRM button would look like (customizable ofcourse )

Clicking on the order button will open up a popup where users could enter their card details or bank details to make payment.

These entries will appear as orders on your app.payorcrm.com portal .Once these are shipped/fulfilled they can be converted to an invoice and payments can be auto-debited using your customers bank/credit card accounts.

All these invoices will be pushed to Quick books too

Advantages

  1. Easy to setup an payorCRM order button .(html code will need to be added to appropriate locations on your webpage.
  2. You can use Quickbooks payments or any external payment gateway for processing payments.
  3. Your customers will be able to use their saved cards/bank account details to make a future payment.
