I think the point is the BA is trying to effect brewer’s businesses by apply their moral code. Which is fine they are a private entity, and it is also fine that Flying Dog calls attention to them and leaves. The issue is, this comes after they have become a major influence in the marketing of beer. Where were these rules when they were formed? What if untapped come out and said we uphold christian values and refuse to list beers with pride or jewish labels. Hopefully a larger craft brewer would call them on their bulls%&t. The BA should let the free market system deal with what is acceptable and what is not. Vote with your dollars!
