Pretty Pixels vs. Functional Design
Petar Stojakovic

Great Post & I totally Agree.

As a rookie, I used to go onto Dribble & the self doubt come pouring down.

With experience I’ve realized that as the designer I have little say in how the product will look & work (as it should be).

The product will be shaped by a majority of things e.g. Business Goals, Users Goals, Product Support, Marketing, SEO, AB testing etc..

Once you’ve taken in all these things you end up with something usable & profitable but in the subjective eyes of the design community, something ugly, alien & unacceptable.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
