Dear Pencils Community Members,

We have recently noticed some concerns within the community regarding our campaign, and we know that we need to address the situation immediately.

We understand that during Season 2, we did not advocate enough about the rules of receiving allocations while staking. If there were any confusion and frustration caused during this campaign, we sincerely apologize.

In addition, we understand that some users may have purchased $PDD at a higher price range. We recognize that this rule may cause feelings of imbalance, and we acknowledge that there is room for improvement. We are committed to learning and growing from this experience.

We understand that these misunderstandings have contributed to the current sentiment within our community. Your trust and support mean everything to us, and we want to demonstrate our commitment to you. We have decided to offer unconditional, immediate refunds to any users who wish to forfeit their $PDD allocations. (Reminder: if you choose to get a refund, your $PDD allocations and Pencils points will be voided)
