Pengwyn Zombie Waddle | The Mint Begins on 23.10.2023

Introduction
Pengwyn BINC transforms Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and tokens into ownership assets to create a new NFT based organism on the blockchain. Besides single token powered platforms, Pengwyn BINC uses NFTs to create a more detailed management structure for a decentralized organization. In addition to the utilization benefit of NFTs, they also provide a great storification potential for the brands in blockchain sector. Although Pengwyn BINC mainly focuses on the investments and developments, the project also focuses on a story base that could provide a motivation for the community and a common logic for the organization itself. Let us explain you how.

The Story Concept of Pengwyn
Pengwyn BINC is founded to power core ICONists, follow the main vision of ICON, and provide owners active/passive income while doing it. The vision of ICON is to connect different blockchains and their communities. Upon all these core information, we have created a parallel story concept called Chain-Verse. We see each blockchain as a separate universe, and want to expand on these universes under the concept of multi-verse. Pengwyn OG was our first NFT collection that has been supporting this concept. Now, the time has come for the second chapter. The story as follows:

“In a world where the human race never existed, Pengwyns evolved into a community and made a huge scientific discovery. To protect their invention from falling into the wrong hands and to ensure it benefits their community, Pengwyns formed a secret group called the Pengwyn Council. This council was made up of 110 elite members from different levels of authority. Instead of choosing a leader, they decided to create a supreme one who would guide all Pengwyns. Merging their invention and talents, they gave life to the Ultimate Pengwyn. This was a turning point for the Pengwyns. With the council’s final formation, their destiny started to change.

The Ultimate Pengwyn took on the mission of expanding the Pengwyn Community’s horizons. Using its extraordinary abilities, it aimed to summon different Pengwyn types from countless universes to achieve this goal. These summoned Pengwyns were essential to form what they called the Pengwyn Waddle. For the expansion, The Ultimate Pengwyn was getting ready to summon the firt class from the multiverse. Zombie Pengwyns had no idea for what was coming for them.”

Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection is the first edition of Pengwyn Waddle. It is also our last collection on ICON Blockchain before releasing three other waddle editions on three unique blockchains. The goal is to connect with ICONists first and then explore other chains connected by xCall and BTP.

Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection
Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT consists of 2,500 Zombie Pengwyn NFTs from a parallel Pengwyn Universe. The traditional zombie concept focuses on a scary theme whereas some of the concepts focuses on making them the opposite. We have designed Pengwyn Zombie Waddle to fit it somewhere in between. The falls into the PFP category. With 8 layers and 158 traits, it’s one of the most comprehensive NFT collections on the ICON Blockchain.

Each Zombie Pengwyn NFT carries 0.0025% share power within Pengwyn BINC’s gamified company structure.

Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection is also designed to offer a gamified minting experience. Alongside unique traits, the collection also introduces utility trait types that grant advantages and assign roles to their owners within the Pengwyn BINC ecosystem. These utilities and roles may give you an idea how we can organize different departments of the platform in the future.

Utility Traits
Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection offers distinct traits with different utilities attached to them. Below you can find these unique traits, their related layers, and their corresponding amounts in the collection.

• Alpha Portal (Background): The Pengwyn made machine that shows the future. The Alpha Portal trait enables its owner to enter the Early Alpha Channel on Pengwyn BINC Discord Server with the Pengwyn Council.
• Royal Pass (Head): The exclusive object that offers privileges for its owners. The Royal Pass trait gives one free mint and two discounts to their owners in the upcoming mints of Pengwyn Waddle. This utility will begin with the second edition of Pengwyn Waddle NFT Collection mint sales.
• The Third Eye (Eyes): The mystic third eye that can see through. The Third Eye enables their owners to read the Pengwyn Council on Pengwyn BINC Discord Server. These users won’t be able to write in the council.
• Investment Plasters (Neck): The innovative medical plaster which is used on Zombie Pengwyn characters who enjoy investing in business ideas. The Investment Plasters enables its owner to enter the Investement Channel on Pengwyn BINC Discord Server with the Pengwyn Council.
• Staple Chart (Neck): The staple treatment which is used on Zombie Pengwyn characters who enjoy short and medium term trading on all markets. The Staple Chart trait enables its owner to enter the Trade Channel on Pengwyn BINC Discord Server with the Pengwyn Council.

Please note that these utilities will be activated once the Pengwyn Discord BOT is developed before Phase 3 begins. Other utilities for hidden traits will be announced on at a later date.

Unique Traits
Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection includes thirteen special NFTs created for collectors or/and users who want to mint/hold the rarest pieces. These specific NFTs compromise twenty one of one traits. Twelve of them are used on twelve different NFTs. The names of these traits are:

• The Fighter (Outfit)
• The Jersey (Outfit)
• The Jester Hat (Head)
• The Mystic Dagger (Back)

Remaining eight one of one traits are used on a single NFT, which is the signature art of Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection.

Pengwyn Waddle Tier System
The Pengwyn Waddle NFT collection is designed to provide an engaging and rewarding experience for its users. To achieve this, the collections incorporate a leveling system that adds an element of rarity-based boost within the project. Each Pengwyn Waddle NFT holds the same amount of share power per NFT. This ensures fairness and equal participation for all members of the community. However, to enhance the excitement and incentivize participation for events inside the project, the collection introduces a tier system that takes into account the rarity of NFTs. This ranking system will be identical on each edition of Pengwyn Waddle NFT Collection. Pengwyn Waddle NFTs are categorized based on their rarity ranking as follows:

• NFTs ranked within the first 50 in terms of rarity are assigned Level A status.
• NFTs ranked between 51–250 in terms of rarity are assigned Level B status.
• NFTs ranked between 251–750 in terms of rarity are assigned Level C status.
• NFTs ranked between 751–1,500 in terms of rarity are assigned Level D status.
• NFTs ranked between 1,501–2,500 in terms of rarity are assigned Level E status.

Mint Schedule
Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection mint will follow two stages. These stages are “Pre-Sale” and “Public Sale”. The pre-sale spots are reserved for Pengwyn OG, Pengwyn OG Badge, and Pengwyn Ambassador Badge NFT Collections. Below, you will find the allocations designated for different Pengwyn BINC NFT holders:

• Member Pengwyn NFTs (Pengwyn #1-#100): Each Member Pengwyn NFT will have 2 mint spots in the pre-sale.
• Councilor Pengwyn NFTs (Pengwyn #101-#110): Each Councilor Pengwyn NFT will have 10 mint spots in the pre-sale.
• The Ultimate Pengwyn NFT (Pengwyn #111): The Ultimate Pengwyn NFT alone will have 35 mint spots in the pre-sale.
• Pengwyn OG Badge NFT: The Pengwyn OG Badge NFT will have 1 mint spot in the pre-sale.
• Pengwyn Ambassador Badge NFT: The Pengwyn Ambassador Badge NFT will have 1 mint spot in the pre-sale.

The pre-sale will begin on the 23rd of October and will last 48 hours. The mint price will be 150 ICX. Once the pre-sale ends, the public-sale will begin and the mint price will be 200 ICX. Each mint will generate 100 $FRMD and $CFT (the vallue differs depending on the volume) for the minters.

Note: Please note that there will be a snapshot for these NFT groups 3 days before the mint date. Those who purchase these NFTs after the snapshot won’t be eligible for the Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection mint. Pengwyn Waddle Royal Pass NFT holders will be able to claim their one free mint and use their discounts in the public-sale.

Mint Revenue Distribution
The mint revenue of Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection will be distributed as follows:

• PAO Vault: 50% of the mint revenue will be automatically deposited into the PAO Vault as a collateral of the investors. The team cannot use this capital without the permission of Pengwyn BINC NFT holders.
• Investment Vault: 20% of the mint revenue and 100% of CFT earned trough the mint will be directly deposited into the Investment Vault. The team has control over this vault and strategically manages the fund by following investment-based decision-making processes alongside with the Pengwyn BINC NFT holders.
• Treasury Vault: 7.5% of the mint revenue will be directly deposited into the Treasury Vault. The team has control over Treasury Vault and can manage its usage with full transparency.
• Team: 15% of the mint revenue will be deposited into the team vault.
• Craft Launchpad: 2.5% of the mint revenue will be paid as a fee for using Craft Network’s NFT launchpad.
• FRAMD: 5% of the mint revenue will be deposited into FRAMD wallet address.

As our contribution to the ArtFi Ecosystem, 15% of Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection secondary market royalties will directed to FRAMD. In return, the minters will receive $FRMD Tokens per mint.

Pengwyn Sales Force Program
As previously announced, the Pengwyn Sales Force Program aims to transform certain Pengwyn BINC NFT holders into intermediaries for Pengwyn BINC sales. In the initial use-case, Pengwyn OG NFT holders will have the opportunity to generate their own promotion code through the Pengwyn DAPP. They can then offer a 5% discount to other investors while earning 5% commission from the mint sale of Pengwyn Zombie Waddle NFT Collection.

Please note that there will be a snapshot for Pengwyn OG NFT holders 3 days before the mint begins. Those who purchase Pengwyn OG NFT after the snapshot wont be able to use PSFP.
